About
A voice for revival.
A builder of the Kingdom.
Pastor Philip D. Burns, ThD, is a Spirit-filled pastor, author, speaker, recovery advocate, and apostolic leader with more than 30 years of ministry experience. He is the Founding Senior Pastor of Relentless Worship Center in Dalton, Georgia, a church built on the conviction that revival is not a season, it is a lifestyle.
He founded Breakthrough Recovery, a Christ-centered discipleship and recovery ministry helping people find real, lasting freedom from life-controlling issues, shame, guilt, anxiety, depression, and destructive patterns. Through Relentless Ministry Network, he provides apostolic oversight and covering to pastors and church plants. He also leads Burns Kingdom Group, the publishing and resource home for his books and training.
"My passion is simple: Make Heaven Crowded. Every sermon I preach, every book I write, every life I invest in, it all points to that one mission."
Through preaching, conferences, books, coaching, and recovery ministry, he equips believers to live empowered lives and fulfill their Kingdom assignment. His ministry combines biblical fire with practical structure, because the Kingdom deserves both.
